What happens after I pay for my wine order?

After ordering our wine online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your invoice with the order details.

When will my wine order be delivered?

Depending on your location within Australia, the delivery time will vary between 2 and 10 business days (two to seven working days to most Australian cities, and two to ten working days for rural and regional areas).

Wine deliveries are normally carried out between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. If you are not at home at the time of delivery a notification card will be left to advise re-delivery options. We are happy to deliver to an office address, however, please ensure that your workplace authorises delivery of alcohol and that you have provided full company name, address, building and floor details.

Who can accept my delivery?

We will not deliver wines to anyone under the age of 18.

Do you deliver wine outside of Australia?

We unfortunately do not ship our wine outside Australia.
